She is a Qualified Software Professional having 15+ years of experience in IT Industry in designing, developing and maintaining scalable and robust Intranet and client-server based applications and providing solutions and operational support for various types of industries especially Telecom Industry.Her expertise includes cloud computing, client server technology, database programming, web based applications development, machine learning, IT policies development and IT projects management.
Divya worked on analyzing the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs, developed and established IT policies and systems, supervised technology professionals and assisted in building relationships with vendors and created cost-efficient contracts
She completed her Master of Computer Applications (1995), Qualified as Microsoft Certified Professional and completed certification from Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
